▶︎ Well, I play a little game where I choose a category,
for example, fruits and then I go through the alphabet
trying to name a fruit that starts each letter.
So, apple, banana, etc. And then I usually end up asleep in the middle.

Onishi
▶︎ Oh, good.

▶︎ Wow, it’s much more simple for me.
I just maybe do some push ups … oh, oh. there’s a secret if you flip around.
So your head is where your feet usually are. It’s like a magic.
You can fall asleep.
