「〜と言えば」と話題をポンと変える時に使います。

「催す」というわけです。be held「催される」こうした言い方もよく使われますよ。

👉さあ、ここで be down 「とても乗り気で、賛成で」というフレーズですが出てきました。
Why “down”?
