try to というのは「〜しようと努力する、頑張る」というフレーズですね。
「笑うようにしなくちゃ」というわけです。

👉さあ、今度は try to ではなく、try ＋動詞 ing 形の形が出てきました。
これは「実際にやってみる」ということですね。
「一度実際に笑ってみて」というわけです。
