👉さあ、suit という動詞が出てきましたね。「〜にピッタリ合う」そうした意味の動詞です。

② Yes, there’s much to learn.【説明は後ろに – to 不定詞の形容詞用法】
👉さあ、much の後ろに to learn が使われていますね。
説明は後ろに置く「たくさんのことがある」というわけですね。

③ Everything is very different from Japan. 【 everything が単数扱いの理由】
👉そして、ここでは “Everything is …” everything という主語が is で受けられていますよね。
everything は「単数扱い」というわけですね。
もちろん、「すべて」と言っても、「1つ1つに目をやる」、「これも、あれも、どれも」という
1つ1つに目をやる意識のやり方が、「単数扱い」につながっています。

④ Not yet, at least. 【 at least の意味】
👉 at least, least というのは little – less – least, little の最上級です。
「最小の点であっても」というわけですね。したがって、「少なくとも」という意味になります。
